Goal setting is important – not just in the Dance Industry but in life. Use the downloadable Goal Sheet below to set your goals for the week, then download a new one as needed (ideally every week). You can fill this in directly from your smartphone, tablet, laptop or computer so no need to print unless you want to. Set your top three main goals, then break the main goals down into a series of mini-goals so you can take the smaller steps needed to reach your main goals. Once completed, save the sheet on your device with the date you filled it in and then you can re-complete it every week!
